§1 Resolved, that this republic recognize March as the ideal time for the republic to move to Alaska, as it is nearer to Spring, providing more daylight and maximizing efficiency, as well as warmth. The Congress observes that there is an acceptable level of temperature in Alaska, in Anchorage, at this time: that temperatures go from just below freezing to just above freezing, yet not by terribly much. Rain and snowfall are occasional, with max snowfall at 5 inches in March. The Congress recognizes daylight to be from 10 to 13 hours from the start to end of the month. That this organization shall move to Anchorage on March 13th; March 13th is the day on which we shall arrive in Anchorage.

§2 That every member board a plane to Anchorage, stay at a hotel initially, using minimal savings, and taking only needed essentials. That the most opportune time to leave to get to Anchorage, via the plane, shall be whatever time winds us up at arriving in the city at the afternoon. That upon arriving, our first order of business shall be to Uber to a hotel of our choosing. That the Marriot shall be the hotel of choice, barring objections or other preferences from certain members; that the most fitting one be the Marriot simultaneously closest to the airport and that provides the resources to assist in the acclimation to the new city. That the amount of savings this Congress estimates to be sufficient to stay at a hotel for 3 months, to pay for groceries, and for the plane ticket, to be 6000 USD.

§3 That Congress put a list together of items specifying what to buy, when arriving in Anchorage, focusing on land acquisition. That Congress shall recognize that purchasing the short list shall consist of buying the hotel room, investigating the land that is available for purchase, and with purchasing a truck as well, going to and physically investigating the land that we might buy so that we can ensure its quality. In addition, looking at tools to get so we can familiarize ourselves with how to use them when we arrive is great. That this Congress shall recognize that those who can purchase the land immediately, shall do so, and promptly begin construction.

§4 That Congress put together a list of all the items that should be purchased, that it consist of a means to purchase construction materials, that it go over how that money should be spent each month, that it specify compulsory means of saving for the members of our organization, that it put together means to identify how members will make that amount and an estimate of the amount made as a roustabout each month, and to be sure, that it will go over construction materials and other items each month. That this list, and a good chunk of it, be put herein.
