Part 1
On the statement having to do with woman benefitting from the order of a man, this is because women are prone to mixtures and fluidity of action, which can result in behaviour that isn't properly grounded in what should be done. A good man, who should be very grounded and firm in justice, allows a woman's very dynamic level of behavior to be held more accountable. This is necessary for the safe function of a republic, as with any free state.
All this means is that of the mistakes that people make, women are more prone to recklessness than men, and more unable to simply rectify it than men. Men have our problems, yet when talking about being ultimately held accountable, we are able to do that more readily. Since the nature of labels are, by design, to hold people accountable, men can be simply referred to by the general Mr., whereas women must have some means to trace their accountability back to one who has a strong disposition toward success at it, which is invariably a man.
The classic joke, and I'm very bad at telling it (so forgive me) is that women can't drive. Put more accurately, the joke posits that women are more likely to engage in reckless driving on the road. If you see a car swerving recklessly between lanes, paying no attention or mind, it's probably a woman. There is a lot of truth to this, or perhaps it's just outright true.
The reason behind this isn't that women are inherently reckless, or that they don't care about road safety laws. It traces its root in that women are more prone to mixtures and fluidity of action. This means that women are generally more inclined to eschew fixed rules of road safety, in favor of viewing the road as one continuous mix of cars, subject to the whims of the moment. A man, driving, will obey the rules of the road: he will think to himself that this is my lane, this is my car, and those are other cars with their own lanes. He will think that all of this is important.
A woman will think to herself that: this is my car, and there are many lanes which all look very similar, currently many without any cars in them, so I'm going to drive in the lanes that I need to drive in to get where I need to go.
It isn't that women are naturally more reckless. It's that they are more prone to think less in terms of strict rules, and more in terms of a fluid and adaptive view of events tailored for the situation. When driving, and pushed beyond a certain limit, this results in reckless accidents.
