The Civil Advocacy Team may be referred to as CAT, or as the CATs, for a helpful moniker. Congress is in discussion over a series of tasks that they'd ask the Civil Advocacy Team to embark toward, and authorize and request the President to lead them. I'll make that happen with executive authority. Being the Coordinator of this force, I need no express authorization for routine and expeditious matters; and, Congress having already declared a state of enmity and authorized me in the general capacity against the progressive left, my decision here is great.
